1990 Subaru Legacy L+ AWD My first Subaru came in January of 1999. I was looking to replace my 91 Geo Storm with something more reliable for the future. AWD was high on the list and i would have gone for any Turbo i could have afforded at the time. I came upon this particular one as a trade-in at Ogden Subaru. I was owned by an older couple who wanted to get something newer and decided to cet and Outback. It was in good shape with no obvious problems that needed to be addressed. It had around 85k miles when i purchased it and it ran really well. I sold my Geo to a friend, and it's been falling apart ever since, and got a loan for the Subaru. I began looking hard for an affordable set of wheels and tires. I talked to Mike at SPD and he gave me a sweet deal on some Japanese imported 15" wheels, 3 of which were original and the fourth was from a salvaged outback, as he'd bent one of the others. They came with a set of worn Dunlop tires that i promptly replaced with Big-O Legacy Plus tires. I installed a Clarion cd player, Rockford-Fosgate amp and 12" JL Audio sub in the trunk. Must have good tunes! I came into a situation where i could afford a new car and was able to sell my 90 to an aunt, so i went forward and found the 93 wagon i have at this time. These are several picures of my 1990 Subaru Legacy L AWD.
